The First Teyangin (Souminesque Teyangin)
The first teyangin has an organ structure with the lungs as the largest, kidneys as relatively large organs, pancreas as relatively small organ, and liver as the smallest. This can be indicated as lungs > kidneys > pancreas > liver.

This structure is the opposite of that of the first teumin, which is liver > pancreas > kidneys > lungs.

As seen below, the first teyangin is in the opposite position to the first teumin and so is in all ways the opposite of the first teumin.

This can be expressed as below, according to Lee Jema's organ theory attributing the organs to the four jiaos.

Largest: upper jiao: lung group (lungs, esophagus, tongue, ears, brain, skin).
                                                            i
Relatively large: lower jiao: kidney group (kidneys, large intestine, sex organs, mouth, bladder, bones).

i
Relatively small: upper jiao: pancreas group (pancreas, stomach, breast, eyes, spine, muscles).

i
Smallest: lower middle jiao: liver group (liver, small intestine, navel, nose, waist, hypodermic tissues).

Illustration. Body shape of the first teyangin

The first teyangin's lungs are his largest organ, so the upper jiao, the lung group (lungs, esophagus, tongue, ears, brain, and skin) is most developed. Second largest are the kidneys, so the lower jiao, the kidney group (kidneys, large intestine, sex organs, mouth, bladder and bones) is well developed.

Pancreas is relatively small, so the upper middle jiao, the pancreas group (pancreas, stomach, breast, eyes, spine, muscles) is not well developed. Liver is the smallest organ, so the lower middle jiao, the liver group (liver, small intestine, navel, nose, waist and hypodermic tissues) is the least developed.
Because the lungs are largest, the shoulders are broadest, but because the pancreas is small, the breast is not as broad as the shoulders. Women's breasts are not so large.

Looked at from behind, the first teyangin's shoulders and neck are so imposing, that he is easily distinguished from other constitutions, but looked at from in front, his chest is not very broad, like a soumin. That characterizes the body shape of the first teyangin.
Also, because of the small pancreas, the first teyangin doesn't become overweight. This is natural, because he is the opposite of the first teumin, who easily becomes corpulent due to his largest liver and large pancreas. Also the underdeveloped organs in the liver group, among them the waist and the hypodermic tissues, keep him from getting fat.

Kidneys are large organs, so the organs of the kidney group, that is, the large intestine, sex organs, mouth, bladder, and bones, are well developed. He has solid bones and relatively large sex organs and is very energetic.
Lee Jema wrote in his book that the teyangin woman is not fertile. But that concerns only the second teyangin with her small kidneys. The first teyangin does not have problem giving birth due to the large kidneys.

The main characteristics of the first teyangin are due to the largest lungs. Among others, the brain belongs to the lung group, and is very well developed. He has a clear head and is inventive, intuitive, and sees things clearly. He depends more on spur of the moment inspiration or spontaneous thought than on forethought and planning; he seeks ideals more than reality. He generally denies reality and persistently seeks truth, the future, and abstraction. If taken to extremes, he can easily become lost in fantasy or daydreams.

A teyangin has too much heroism and high self-respect, and regards himself as superior to others. This thought appears unconsciously and hinders his harmony with other people. He is criticized for not being willing to compromise, for being arbitrary and egocentric. He hates to be criticized or admonished; he wants to do as he pleases. He is impetuous and resistant. He often attacks others and has little tolerance. He tends to blame others for mistakes instead of looking for his own blame, so he can be easily ignored by others.

Among the teyangins are some who, in isolation from society, live life alone in failure.
This is the healthiest of the constitutions. Because of the smallest liver, even a little alcohol puts a heavy load on the teyangin's liver, but because of the strong body, many like to drink. This is a similar situation to that of soyangin, who because of the smallest kidneys is the least energetic, but many of them have a strong sex urge.

Because of the largest lungs, teyangin has great lung capacity and is good at long-distance running. Many outstanding marathon runners and opera singers are teyangins. Many of those who, although slender, have a great booming voice in contrast to their body structure, are teyangins.

Ears belong to the upper jiao, ruled by the lungs, so teyangin has a well developed sense of hearing and musical talent even from infancy and can achieve great success in the field of music.
A tendency toward anger can easily make the blood collect in the head. Therefore the face reddens, the head aches and the ears ring. Anger is the feeling to be most careful about, because it can ruin his health more than any other.

Teyangin can easily become indignant toward injustices of the country, society, or environment. If he can't control his anger, there is no medicine that will heal him.
Unexpectedly, teyangin is scrupulous and takes offense easily. He doesn't easily tolerate offense. Nevertheless, he has great ambition and can become outstanding as a soldier or politician.
